Toddler Irene of Cambridge can't wait until Monday so she can attend her Stretch-n-Grow class.

Said the parents of Charlie, "When he came home from school he couldn't wait to tell us the femur bone is the largest bone in our body."

Says Jean of Arlington, "My son never even touched vegetables until he began his Stretch-n-Grow class."

Brothers Zander and William love when Coach Carol takes the Parachute out!

Kathy of Cambridge says her toddler didn't believe that he had any bones in his body but after Coach Carol had a discussion in the Stretch-n-Grow class with her model skeleton, "Mr. Bones", little Niko finally understood.

My toddler girls just love their Stretch-n-Grow class!  They love to run, jump and exercise the Stretch-n-Grow way!

Hector is constantly saying,"We have to drink a lot of water because Coach Carol said it is good for us or that we need to drink milk because it is good for our bones."

FAMILY FITNESS TIPS:

What you eat affects not only your physical condition, but your looks, energy, mood, growth, and how long you live!!  Doctors are finding more and more illnesses that are caused by poor eating habits.  Fruits and vegetables are natural disease fighters.   High in vitamins and minerals, eating and drinking more of these naturally nutritious foods can help lower your risk of cancer, stroke, heart disease and diabetes.

Your STRETCH-N-GROW Star is learning about good eating habits. You may want to let him/her help make wise food choices for the family!!   In Stretch-n-Grow we emphasize balanced snacks and meals that limit fat and sweets.   Remember that watching portion sizes is very important to maintaining a healthy weight.
