Our warm-up story is…... The Pilgrims who wanted to go to America to start a new life…...When they get to America they have to learn how to take care of themselves. They make some new friends and have a big feast to celebrate.

  

An exercise we’ve learned you can practice at home:

Alternating Prone Arm Lifts—  in prone position, with arms extended on the floor, above head, lift one arm at a time.  Encourage children to keep their chest on the ground. Healthy Recipes

Healthy Corn Bread

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup milk

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon salt

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of corn drained well

Mix all ingredients except corn, until smooth.  Add corn into mixture, pour into greased 8x8

Pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes…… Enjoy!!!!
